Gil, a co-founder of Blue Shield Capital, is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in business management, specializing in finance. Beyond his role at Blue Shield, he's also the visionary founder of Mika RG, a well-respected real estate company based in the UK.
Before embarking on his journey with Blue Shield, Gil held a significant position as a senior official in the Prime Minister's office. His extensive expertise encompasses the successful management of large-scale projects, ranging from technology initiatives to international investments. He's a proven leader with a knack for fostering effective team dynamics. Moreover, Gil is an expert in deal risk analysis and mitigation, a skill honed through his robust background in commercial trading. His wealth of experience and diverse capabilities are integral to his achievements in the industry.

Jonathan Hitter
Jonathan, the co-founder of Blue Shield Capital, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the realm of finance and real estate. Holding a Bachelor's degree in political science and economics, he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to driving innovation and success in the industry.
Jonathan's journey began with an investment company specializing in non-performing loan portfolios. This early venture showcased his entrepreneurial spirit and ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. Building upon these foundations, he went on to co-found Blue Shield Capital, where he continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and fostering its growth. His visionary leadership, dedication, and mastery in structuring deals while overcoming obstacles have been instrumental in Blue Shield Capital's ascent in the world of real estate finance.

Stephen has nearly three decades of invaluable real estate expertise. His illustrious career includes notable roles at Knight Frank and CBRE, where he honed his skills before venturing to establish his European asset and investment management enterprise in 2004. During his distinguished tenure, Stephen carved a niche as a specialist in Non-Performing loans, successfully acquiring an impressive portfolio exceeding €5 billion in loans across diverse global regions. His remarkable breadth of knowledge extends to all facets of real estate financing, complemented by a profound understanding of the intricacies of the UK real estate market.
Stephen holds a bachelor's honors degree in Land Management from the prestigious University of Reading. His extensive experience and unwavering dedication make him a pivotal asset at Blue Shield Capital.

Jeffrey Wynn
Since 1995, Jeff has been at the helm of the Wynn Group's residential apartment business, demonstrating unparalleled expertise and consistently surpassing industry benchmarks. Beyond his remarkable accomplishments in real estate, Jeff stands as one of Canada's foremost Art Deco collectors, infusing his distinctive style and discerning taste into each of the Wynn properties.
More recently, Jeff has spearheaded the dynamic expansion of the Wynn Group into an international portfolio, steering their acquisition ventures in iconic locations such as New York City, including world-renowned properties. This expansion has also extended to Western New York, Oklahoma, UK, Israel, the Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, and beyond, solidifying Gold Wynn's global presence under his visionary leadership. His relentless drive, coupled with his deep industry insights, continues to be a driving force behind our company's prosperity and innovation.

Chris Kavanagh
Chris is a Certified Chartered Accountant who also holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance. With over 20 years in Accountancy Chris has a wealth of experience with the last 15 years mainly focused on Real Estate. Chris established his own Practice in 2016 and since then has provided consultancy and accounting services for a wide range of clients. This work has included due diligence on multi-million pound company purchases and disposals. This wealth of knowledge is key to the finance department of Blue Shield Capital.

Uri Fremder
Uri brings extensive experience from both startups and leadership roles in major software companies worldwide. As a former global alliance executive at SAP, he spearheaded multimillion-dollar sales initiatives, showcasing exceptional skills in alliance-building, legal acumen, and negotiation. Uri's high-performing analytical thinking and quant expertise have significantly elevated the deal analysis capabilities at Blue Shield Capital. In 2013, Uri embarked on a new venture by establishing a global operation specializing in remote support services for the financial sector, achieving remarkable growth across three continents with multiple offices and a sizable workforce. Uri holds a B.A. with honors in Finance and an Executive MBA from Tel Aviv University's Recanati Faculty. Beyond his professional endeavors, he co-founded a charitable organization in 2004 dedicated to assisting children with severe genetic disorders. He continues to serve on its board, tirelessly working to enhance the quality of life and unlock the potential of these children.

His legal acumen and expertise were honed during his tenure as an associate lawyer at Tel-Aviv's esteemed law firm, Goldfarb Seligman & Co., where he adeptly represented Israel's largest publicly traded real estate companies. Eager to expand his horizons and deepen his industry knowledge, Jonathan pursued a graduate degree in NY from Cornell University SC Johnson College of Business, further enriching his skill set and market insights. In his most recent endeavor, Jonathan has become a valued member of the Gold Wynn group, where he concentrates his efforts on orchestrating strategic investments in the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel, and The Bahamas. His multifaceted background, spanning law, business and real estate, positions him as a pivotal asset in steering the company's ventures toward continued success and growth.

Ben's exceptional leadership extends across thriving real estate enterprises in both the United States and the United Kingdom, collectively boasting assets exceeding $1 billion, encompassing a remarkable 6,000 units, and supported by a dedicated team of over 130 professionals across two countries. Ben's commitment to excellence is underscored by his academic achievements, including a Master's in Business Management from the prestigious Ted Rogers School of Administration.

Caroline is a dual national citizen of French and Australian descent, born in Melbourne, Australia. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, majoring in French and Korean, followed by a Master of Applied Econometrics from the University of Queensland in Australia. Before relocating to London, she honed her skills as a financial crime analyst at the Bank of Queensland. Since joining Blue Shield Capital, Caroline thrives on the intellectual challenges posed by the industry. She excels in navigating complex financial data and is a key asset in the underwriting process. In her leisure hours, she enjoys playing the piano, indulging in literature, and pursuing her passion for writing.
